Zapote, April 19th 2006.

The way drawn up at the beginning of our tasks for over 25th years in the Postal Service, has been arriving at its end; for that reason we have presented our resignation to our works from the 2nd of May 2006.

Both we have and we will remember always that, thanks to GOD and to the work in the Postal Service, have been allowed us in each case, to see grow our family, to educate them, to take care of them, to feed them, to have a house; in the personal field it has allowed to study and to develop to us professionally and also has allowed us to make administrative career, and occupied several positions and responsibilities in this Institution, reason why we considered that the entrusted work we have carried out with satisfaction and the task has been fulfilled; for that reason we reiterated that thanks to the company of GOD in ours acts, to the equipment of fellows workers that always was present in the fulfillment of their tasks, supporting the daily activity; to those mailmen that day to day crosses the ways of our country giving the mail that the clients have trusted to us; to the employee at charge of the desk’ s windows, that with their amiable laughter took care of the clients who utilized our services; to the operators who with their enthusiasm prepare the dispatches to direct to their destiny packages, letters, etc. ; and in each branch, the heads of the branches that with their perseverance has come uninterruptedly serving the postal service in their community and beyond; to the drivers that day to day fulfills their commitment to connect the Branches from border to border and from coast to coast, in order that operative process in its cycle always is fulfilled opportunely. To that in his work of daily support in the administrative, computation and commercial areas achieve the success in the business ; to the Managers, who thanks to its loyalty, honesty and dedication support of their daily actions, has allowed that enterprise management made by the General Management and the Assistant Manager has been successful. Also we thank to the Board of Directors by its confidence and support to the work made in this period.

The success of Correos de Costa Rica is the fulfillment of that task of each one of you. We considered that only by this way, Correos de Costa Rica will be developed as a competitive and self-sufficient enterprise of first order.

To all our companions of Correos de Costa Rica us we took them in the blue space of our hearts; all we kept them because to the being the most pure zone of the body, no oppressive or limitative force has refuge in it.

Together to you we learned to love the life and to fight by trascendent values.
