What is it ?

This service offers to send orders, questionnaires, offers to be completed by the addresee and returned by the mail to the client sender, without any cost for the addresee , because the sender pay for the cost of the answers in a previous deposit.

To whom?

For those enterprises that need to receive information from their clients about orders, questionnaires, polls, etc.

How to ask for the service.

This service require a special license from the Client´s Service Departament. This Departament will give you all the information you need to obtain this license.

Average delivery

The delivery time for this service is similar to the others deliveries. The delivery to the addresee has a maximun of 3 days and the time to return the reply to the sender, depend on the time that the addresee complete the form and return to the Postal Service.
